Planning a Team Outing Shouldn’t Create More Work
You’re expected to deliver something polished and memorable, but every option feels like a risk.
The guest count is high. The dietary needs are real. And the last thing you want is to spend your week chasing confirmations or explaining why the experience felt flat.
Your team doesn’t want to:
Revisit the same escape room or bowling alley they’ve already done
Sit through a plated dinner with polite small talk and no connection
Walk away thinking it felt more like a task than a treat

“We booked this as a way to thank our intern class, and it struck the right balance between fun and polished. I didn’t have to chase anything down, the team was happy, and our director immediately asked who planned it.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this scale to 60 to 80 people without feeling chaotic?
Yes. Experiences are designed with pacing, space, and staff in mind. Larger groups are divided strategically to keep the energy up and the logistics smooth.
What about dietary needs and allergies?
Menus are planned with input from your team and our vendors. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other common restrictions can all be accommodated.
Will I need to coordinate anything the day of?
No. Your host manages timing, pacing, and guest needs on-site. You’re welcome to participate or stay behind the scenes.
Is this elevated enough for a leadership-level group?
Yes. Every detail is thoughtfully planned, from the pacing to the service style. We’ve hosted teams from _____, _____, and other high-profile companies with great results.
What’s included in the cost?
Pricing includes your host, food tastings, and coordination. You’ll receive a single invoice with everything outlined clearly.
How early do I need to book?
We recommend reaching out at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance. Prime dates tend to go quickly, especially for Thursday and Friday afternoons.
I’ve spent over a decade helping people see San Francisco differently.
As a longtime local and historian, I believe the city reveals its best side when you slow down and explore it with purpose. What started as a personal project, designing urban hikes through hidden staircases and historic neighborhoods, has turned into something much bigger.
These experiences are built to create connection. Not just with the city, but between the people sharing it for the day.
I’d be honored to help your team see San Francisco the way locals do, up close, with curiosity and heart.
Sincerely,
Ryan Curtis
